We achieved the Investors in People Award in 1999 and are fully committed to encouraging all employees to develop to their full potential. Cefas was successfully re–accredited in 2002 and 2005 including the new Profiling Certification.
Throughout your Cefas career you'll have many opportunities for further development. Approximately 10% of our employees are promoted each year, either through vacancies or through our in–post individual merit promotion scheme. Cefas offers a range of generic and specialist in-house and out–sourced training, and supports day–release courses for post–graduate and professional qualifications. For those interested in developing their management potential Cefas can offer a suite of Btec–accredited management qualifications.
